Student Admissions for Colorado Tech Online

Here's what you need to know about applying for Admission to Colorado Tech Online.

Colorado Tech Online makes it easy and fast for you to apply, enroll and register for classes at our University. Just complete these four steps to apply for admission to Colorado Tech Online, and you'll be on your way to taking your career to new heights!

  • Start by submitting an Application for Admission.
    It's easy to get started. Just use the Apply Online button and you will be transferred to a web page asking for your contact information. Once you complete the required fields and submit your information, your application will be sent electronically to Colorado Tech Online.

    There is a $50 application fee. After you submit your information, Colorado Tech Online will contact you to complete the steps required to process your application.

  • Then, conduct a personal telephone interview with one of our Admissions Advisors.
    All applicants are required to complete a telephone interview. This will give you an opportunity to ask questions about Colorado Tech Online and the curriculum and courses that interest you. These one-on-one interviews are also used to determine whether applicants have the necessary qualifications for admission to Colorado Tech Online.

    We welcome applicants to invite a spouse or family member to be a part of these phone interviews. We find that many applicants feel more comfortable having an extra set of ears to help them through this phase of the application process.


  • Next, you'll be asked to submit appropriate, official school documentation.
    Submit attestation of high school graduation or equivalency for undergraduate admission and appropriate official baccalaureate transcript for graduate admission.


  • Finally... let's make sure your proficiency in English is sufficient for you to succeed at Colorado Tech Online!
    If your first language is not English (or if you graduated from a non-English speaking school), TOEFL scores of 500 for undergraduate and 550 for graduate, or other acceptable proof of English proficiency must be submitted.

AND YOU'LL BE DONE!

Once you have completed these four steps, Colorado Tech Online will review your information and inform you of its decision. Colorado Tech Online reserves the right to reject applicants if the items listed above are not successfully completed. If for some reason you are not accepted for admission, all fees paid to the school will be refunded.
