This credential acknowledges a student's preparedness for entry-level supervisory
positions. It is designed to be helpful to professionals focused on careers in management
and provides and in-depth understanding of the basic concepts of management and
change while exploring the manager's role.
Organizational Systems Improvement
This certificate provides a foundation for understanding how organizations function
internally and how they interact with suppliers and customers in today's competitive
business environments. An emphasis is placed on the importance of making strategic
changes that can create sustainable competitive advantages.

This certificate indicates a student's understanding of the "big picture" approach

*The 15-month Bachelor's degree is a 2+2 program and assumes that all associate-level requirements have been met through an Associate's degree or the equivalent. CTU Online students with no previous college experience can complete this degree in about 2 ½ years.
